Valentine's Day Dinner Cruise-February 14th, 2008
Join us to say "I Do" and make this evening extra special, or just relax and enjoy cruising down the
Tennessee River
with your sweetheart. We're serving Shrimp Cocktail, Prime Rib and Shrimp Creole , Steamed Rice, Redskin Potatoes in a Dilled Butter Sauce, Steamed Vegetable Medley, Southern Belle Salad, Coffee, Iced Tea, a Split of Champagne, and a Special Dessert to celebrate this memorable evening. The Riverboat Ramblers will be playing music ranging from "Sweet Georgia Brown", "Tennessee Waltz", "Crazy", to "Electric Slide", and more. Our DJ entertains, on the other deck, with favorites and special requests to dance the night away.

Join us on our Grand Chandelier Deck for a delectable buffet prepared by our Executive Chef Jack Martin! The buffet of Smoked Han & Carved Roast will be on the menu for your enjoyment at 1:00 P.M. Fresh Garden Salads will surround an Ice Carved Centerpiece with Savory Side Dishes to compliment the entrees. Hop, Hop, Hop on over to board the Southern Belle after lunch at 2:30 P.M. for a One Hour Cruise with a sampling of tasty desserts with the Easter Bunny!

Fall Color Cruise- October 25th, 2008 We will be doing a morning cruise "downriver" through the beautiful scenic gorge of the
Tn.
River
. Depart from our home port at 8:00 a.m. You will arrive at the Hale's Bar
Marina
at 12:30; when we dock we will shuttle you back to our home port (downtown
Chattanooga
) by bus (30 minute). The bus ride is about 30 minutes. If you decide on the "upriver" cruise you will come to our home port and shuttle down by bus between 11:30 and 12:00. The riverboat will depart the Hales Bar Marina at 1:30 and cruise 5 hours back to our home port. You will be cruising through the Tennessee River Gorge at its most gorgeous time of year. Cruise, bus and lunch included in the rate.
Fall Leaf Cruise- Beginning October 20 through November 7th, 2008

and see one of nature's most magnificent wonders dressed in all of its fall splendor. The Southern Belle Riverboat will take you on a cruise of the famous Tennessee River Gorge, also known as the
Grand Canyon
of the South, to see nature's brilliant canvas of vivid fall colors. The 3-hour Fall Leaf Cruise into the Tennessee River Gorge sails round-trip to and from Ross's Landing. The cruise includes a great lunch, live entertainment, informative commentary, and free bingo with prizes!
Thanksgiving Cruise-November 27th, 2008
Board beginning at 12:30 p.m. and cruise until 3:00 p.m. with "Dickie Mathews" on the keyboard. Our special Thanksgiving feast features hand carved Smoked Ham, Sage Roasted Turkey Breast, Savoury Cornbread Dressing, Sweet Potato Casserole, plus all your favorite trimmings and of course traditional desserts.

New Years Eve Gala-December 31st, 2008
Boarding for The Southern Belle will begin at 8:30p.m. for light hors d'oeuvres and departing at 9:00 p.m. to cruise into the year 2009. The fare for dinner starts with Gulf Shrimp Cocktail followed by slow cooked Prime Rib & Shrimp Creole, Redskin Potatoes, Steamed Rice, Seasonal Vegetables, Southern Belle Salad, and a delicious dessert. At midnight, the horns will be blowing with party favors for all. A split of champagne is provided to each couple for a toast to ring in the New Year!
